      Cheap quality

      I have had this mop for a few years but I was only able to use a hand full of time. I had it changed on the warrantu once and bought the spare part one mor time and keeps breaking in the same place just at the base of the control where it joins the first tube. I regret buying it as I was unable to use it properly and I still had to use a manual mop.

      Pointless

      Used once and immediately regretted buying a steam mop. If I could score zero I would. It produces high levels of steam but after it had evaporated from cleaning I still had to clean everything as I would have done without using the steam mop - pointless, agghhh! If I could return it and get my money back I would. Sorry but I don’t recommend it. Just stick to some elbow grease and other cleaning products.

      Hmm!

      This is my third steamer ! They don’t seem to last long they over heat and get too hot to handle so I bought a floor washer but that fell to bits I glued it back together but I just prefer a steam mop so we’ll see how long this one lasts

      Some good features but a little on the heavys

      Works well but this is the third NVAC steamer in three years, paid a bit more for this one in the hope it lasts a bit longer than the previous two.

      Disappointed

      I simply regret buying it....

      The material is built with seems not solid.

      It did not clean the carpet as it should.

      It did not clean the floor very well. You need to change the blue thing several times to get a good cleaning of the floor.

      Overall it did not clean as i saw in videos........ sad

      This machine is awesome, so easy to use,

      I have just upgraded my steam mop and I’m so glad I did, this is so much better than expected. I particularly like that I can add detergent, leaves a clean fresh smell.
