CrossWave™ HF3 Cordless Lightweight Carpet Cleaner - 3639E, black, BISSELL

I purchased the Crosswave H3 cordless as I wanted to replace my mop with a product that would clean my floors. I looked at many and decided to try this product as clean water is used to wash the floor and the dirty water is taken away the same principle as a carpet cleaner, I have been using my Crosswave for just over one month now. I have 2 border collies, 2 cats, and one man (messy enough said) so our household is very busy,coming and going from the garden, the pets are able to come and go as they please so my floors need mopping everyday in wet weather and not so much in the drier months however that will change now. This cleaner will not scrub your floors if you have dried dirt this machine will struggle however I found a solution to this, wet the floor before hand I just splatter water all over the floor leave for a few seconds and then use the Crosswave, perfect cleans like a dream. Fresh muddy paw prints removes very easily. All the components are easy to take apart to fill with solution and to clean. Like how it cleans itself then I just remove the parts by the roller to remove debris ie dog hair etc then its ready to go again. I read about not cleaning to the edge of the floor but you can manuovre the head and it is possible to clean to the eadge. The machine is very light so I take it upstairs to clean the bathroom floor. Cleaning floors has no longer become a chore and I do them every day so quick and easy.

I bought this hard floor cleaner because my Bissell carpet cleaner is so good and I trusted the brand. It works really well. It cleans and vacuums at the same time, so very effective. I use Bissell cleaning formula as recommended and my floors are always clean and fresh. It's easy to use and the floors are left slightly damp, but dry in minutes.The tanks are small, so quick to empty and economical with the formula. When you've finished cleaning you just put it back on the docking station, press a button and it cleans itself - magic! All you need to do is rinse the roller.

I dreaded having to wash my floors but they had to be done. Then I bought my Bissell Cross Wave and my washing floors is no longer a problem. It cleans my floors beautifully with little effort.

Best floor cleaning I have used. Tried others but this one is the best. I have lovely clean floors all through my house, and I am not exhausted, it was so easy

Lightweight, decent run-time, good design and generally effective. Easy to operate and clean after use with self cleaning programme and easily removed roller. However, doesn't go to the edges and doesn't remove the most stubborn stains. Also the dimensions quoted are for the device itself. It's larger when on the docking station so doesn't fit in the cupboard I had planned to store in.

It's super easy to use but it does leave your floor wet. I have tried it numerous ways. It does not clean to the edge which is massively disappointing.

Best hard floor cleaner I have used, I have ceramic tiles and wooden floors and one husband and one dog, both messy. So easy and quick to use. The self cleaning mode is great but you still have to wash the roller etc but it's no big deal. I looked at every hard floor cleaner on the market and read the reviews and the Blissell had the best reviews. If you have to call them, which I did, they are so so helpful, I only wish all call centres were as good when you have a query, and you can understand every word they say lol - I would recommend the BISSELL to everyone which I have done

Really easy to use I bought this as I am disabled and was struggling with Mops and buckets this has made cleaning floors so much easier for me doesn't feel like a core anymore don't dread cleaning the floors even my son uses it lol
