    Disappointing

    The coffee is very weak, even with 12 strength beans. The quantity made should be 375 ml but even on double cup function it makes less than half of that.

    We're sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues with your coffee machine. We kindly suggest the following tips as they're likely to enhance your coffee experience. If you have the milk frother control knob all the way up to max froth, it will product more steam and little milk. If you turn it down to a quarter of the way up from min. it solves the problem and gives a full cup to the advised quantity with less froth. Ensure that when the coffee is not too tightly packed into the porta filter as this will also impact the strength of your coffee. We hope this helps and happy coffee making!
