CrossWave™ Pet Pro 2-in-1 Wet and Dry Vacuum - 2224E, grey/purple, BISSELL

I have two dogs and six cats, so I need to use the CrossWave Pet Pro daily. It's easy to use and cleans well. It's never pleasant to have to clean the dirty water tank, but the strainer enables the hair to be sifted to be put in a binbag before emptying the dirty water. You do need to strip down the machine (taking out the filters, the brush roll, etc) regularly to eliminate odours, but using the machine itself is simple and easy.

I had bought the first crosswave (none pet one) when they first came out, loved how lightweight easy to use. I decided to upgrade bought this one as seals on tanks on older version gone. I love that I can hoover & mop floors simultaneously I hv laminate flooring throughout downstairs. I love that it doesn't soak floors cleans and drys simultaneously. The reason I marked down by one is the newer version is a lot heavier not super heavy but due to condition I really appreciated the lighter weight version. The only other slight frustration is the on off buttons location, I often switch off accidentally due to location on handle.

Sadly this stopped working within the first month, I thought it would be a simple replacement within a few days but it was sent over a week and they want a further 14 days to process the return before sending a replacement Next time I won't buy direct and that way it would just be a refund or replacement

We bought the CrossWave Pet Pro on recommendation from our daughter. We have two dogs who run in the kitchen straight from the garden leaving muddy everywhere. The floor cleaner does exactly as expected and leaves the floors gleaming. Real value for money!

I am not sure how long these are supposed to last at work at full capacity but we did have to buy a 2nd machine after 2 years, having said that we did not hesitate in buying another Bissel Crosswave. We think this is great and does a great job for us. I would recommend.

I bought blue multi vac wet/dry hoover when they first came out apart from seal on tank it's still going strong but I wanted pet version and newer model (closer to sides) I have laminated flooring with rugs 3 cats which constantly leave fur & messy hubby n kids I like how easy these make cleaning, my only disappointment with new one is it's a little heavier (need lighter weight due to disability). But other than that it's fantastic being able to simultaneously hoover and clean floors makes all the difference when you hv zero energy. I had considered the sharks version but shark have very short shelf life! As said my older version still going strong so great value for money. A tad disappointed the discount code advertised onsite didn't work when I made purchase.

Living in rural Devon with two dogs and tiled floors, this machine is just the ticket. I've tried a steam cleaner and a Karcher in the past, but this is by far the best. It's a bit fiddly to set up to start with but I soon got used to it. The amount of grub it picks up is amazing. I didn't realise my floors were that bad! Wish the instructions had been clearer. Some words would have helped. I'm still not sure if I'm flushing it out properly. Tried You Tube. The cleaning liquid that was provided smells very strongly of Febreze. I'm not a fan so bought the Natural pet friendly product. That is much better.

I don't know what the buzz is all about. Just seems to move dirty water across my floor. Much better with a mop. Doesn't vacuum anything either, its so low to the ground it just pushes dust about. Its a battle getting the cover on. Terrible product.
