It's OK but not great. I bought for cleaning around double glazing frames which is difficult to reach. It did loosen dirt.

Easy a light to handle and efficient to use so far.

Frustrating to use the knob to refill is difficult sometimes keeps turning before you can get it off !!don't get a lot of steaming time quite heavy !! No wouldn't recommend this one but would recommend a steam shot. It did break after very little use in fact !!

Used it on rubber seals round windows using the round brush also done windows with the rubber blade, and my shower glass very good used it with a combination of limescale spray and the window head on, tried doing it in the car on interior but there was that much steam and I couldn't see what I was doing, and my neighbour nearly phoned the fire brigade up thinking it was a electric car fire.

Takes the physical strain of cleaning away. Rather heavy to hold even though the container is small but this is unavoidable really as it contains the water and provides about half an hour of steaming, which is a sufficient for a cleaning session.

Purchased this product to replace my Shark.hand held steam cleaner, wanted a long hand held wand like the Shark which Bissell offered, unlike any other provider. Pleased I ordered, up to now works well and pleased with the results.
