    Shocked and disappointed

    I received this armchair with blue marks in three different places. It looks like guide lines on where to place the fabric when upholstering but I can't believe it has been sold to a customer as it is completely visible! The fabric was also pulling in places - badly upholstered. It was shocking to receive such an expensive chair in this condition and I am still waiting on a reply of how to exchange. Spent Easter weekend with a HUGE box in the living room where a chair should have been :(
