    This winter we're delighted to see the duffle coat make a welcome return. We love its authentic, timeless style. This one comes in a wool mix for greater warmth and comfort. With a look that's hard to resist, you can throw it on over a chunky knit jumper and jeans combo.

      Design flaw-zip unravelling

      The coat is overall beautiful and warm however, the zip is too long. It goes down to the mid thighs, instead of the waist, leaving no room for movement in the legs/hips. The zip is unravelling from the seam. This happened only after a couple if uses.

      Heavy ad warm winter coat

      mixed feelings

      The coat is of very good quality and lovely and warm with a deep hood which was important to me. My only problem is the complicated fastenings. My other duffle just has toggles and looks goood loose or fastened. This has a zip and press studs as well as toggles and really needs all to be used but then the hem area doesn't hang well at the front. I will keep the coat as I like many things about it but just wish it was a simpler style.

      Great product and very helpful company

      I bought a lady's duffle coat. When it arrived I loved it, but I wasn't too happy with the way the coat hung below one of the pockets. I felt that it had been mis-stitched. I contacted the company and they said that they would replace it straight away. I sent the coat back and they sent me another coat. The next coat was excellent and there are no problems with it. It is warm and cosy and I like it a lot.
