      Disappointed

      the bed itself is fine - the issue is with the fittings - the screws and the ratchet are really cheap. 90% of the screw heads (I bought 2 of these beds) were not able to be tightened properly as the thread broke in all of them. I don't know if this is going to last, I certainly can't take it apart again as you wont be able to get the screws out. The slats are so tight it was nigh on impossible to get them secured without a screwdriver and a hammer - really poor design.

      appalling made bed!!!!! Don't buy!!!!

      This bed has caused us weekly problems. Parts of it keep collapsing! The slats are bowed and weak and keep coming out of the weak plastic holders. It's the worst bed I've ever purchased. I have contacted customer service, sent pictures and rather than apologize and refund they have been very particular about what the issue is. They're now suggesting anti-slip pads for our wooden floor. Nonsense! Won't make a single bit of difference. The slats and holders are too weak to bear a mattress and a body on top. I have a photo of my son's head fallen between some broken slats when half the bed collapsed!

      Sturdy bed

      A good price in the sale. Nice quality. All the bits were there and I put together alone in about 4 hours. I would say the instructions for fitting the slats could be clearer. I broke one fitting as I did it wrong. Put the slats into the side rails before fixing to the centre bar, pushing down to click in place. This tensions them. Fit in any other way and the slats appear too long for the width of the bed. That aside happy with purchase. Feels sturdy and good to look at.
