These shoes give great support. They are comfortable and I like the way there are two extra holes for the laces if you need extra support. They are great for walking and exercising.

I bought these shoes for walking, they are ultra comfortable, I use them for every workout I do i.e HIIT, spin, body pump and running. Absolutely love them, will buy another pair; different colour
