The duvet is filled with lightweight DuPont fibres, so it won’t feel heavy or restrictive. The duvet is covered in microfibre that is moisture wicking to help keep you cool.     I was a bit disappointed at first as the material feels cheap compared to my lovely airmax duvet and it did feel crinkly in the duvet cover However. I am over that now and it does the job and very good price
