Tweed Textured Hand Tufted Rug in 100% Wool, orange, SO'HOME

The rug is perfect in the space. It's thick and cosy, well-made and a great colour (although perhaps a touch darker than it looked online). Would definitely buy again, but I feel like I won't need to as sure it will last a while. I bought it in the sale, so excellent value too.

In the first day a loop came free in the centre of the rug, after a week multiplied loops were sticking out then I noticed it was coming apart from the corner, definitely not been finished properly. Looked good though had it not been faulty

Sadly the colour (orange) was not as bright as pictures and the pile was a bit thin. Needed to return it and the customer service people were really helpful in arranging collection for me. Don't have the refund yet ( its 4 days since courier collected it) so, I will reserve final judgement on what happens next!

Although I was nervous of ordering such a large rug online, I am absolutely delighted with it. The colour is exactly what I wanted and the quality is excellent. It really brightens up my sitting room and adds warmth.
