This would be excellent if the whole product was sterdy. It's too flimsy its needed screw and bolts for it to even stand upright with out leaning.

Very thin wood. Looks like it's chipping at some places

Really hard to put together because the pieces don't slot together very well. Quite splintery wood too, which doesn't help. Broke mine in the process of trying to put it together.

The wood is very thin and flimsy and feels like it might break when you're putting together the shelves - especially as, when putting it together, you are forcing the legs into a space that is 2 or 3 mm too small, so the wood has to bend quite a bit. It feels like they've got the measurements a bit wrong!

Having said that, it DIDN'T snap, and is holding together fine. It's a good size and takes a good number of shoes. So overall, I'm glad I bought it - but maybe don't throw the box away before you've set up the shelves, in case you're not as lucky as me.
