      Der Tisch wurde übersäht mit Produktionsfehlern (Kratzer und Einschlüsse unter dem Lack) geliefert. Ersatzlieferung angeblich nicht möglich und bei Neubestellung keine Gewährung des nur einmalig nutzbaren Rabattcodes… Und somit soll man zu höherem Preis neu bestellen…obwohl Fehler eindeutig auf Seite des Warenhauses

      Damit nötigt Kundendienst zur Akzeptanz eines lächerlichen 10% Preisnachlasses…Ganz zu schweigen von der 19.99€ Zaubergebühr (Pauschale Beteiligung an Bearbeitungskosten) die plötzlich während des Bestellvorganges berechnet wird

      Der Kundenservice stellt sich dumm und schickt automatisierte Antworten in Dauerschleife die das Problem nicht einmal aufgreifen
