      Not the same colour as displayed

      Sadly, the rug that arrived was not the rug shown on the website. I ordered the rug because of its bright colours but the rug that arrived was dark. Very disappointed.

      Did not look like photo at all

      Bought this on La Redoute website and the colours are completely different to the photo. Nowhere in the product description did it say colours would vary. I have complained and tried to get refund but now there is an issue with Evri who still haven't collected it as a return.

      Disappointing- wouldn’t recommend

      I had great hopes for this rug, it looks beautiful in the pictures and is made out of recycled materials but it was really poor quality when it arrived. The coloured materials are loosely woven into the rug so bits of it were coming undone. It was also made with really dark colours, not at all like the bright ones in the picture and it doesn’t state on the product page that the colours may vary so I was really disappointed when I unwrapped it. I bought it because the bright colours matched my daughter’s room. I’ve sent it back and the returns process is not straightforward and I have a horrible feeling I may not get my money back! I wouldn’t recommend buying this item!

      Disappointing colours

      I fell in love with this rug online because of the beautiful bright and cheerful colour scheme with lots of pink and other bright colours. Unfortunately the version that has arrived is predominantly black in colour which is very disappointing. The fringe is also a lot shorter than in the picture online. Had the picture online looked like my rug then I wouldn’t have bought it.

      Looked very, very different to the picture.

      I've sent this rug back, the colours were completely different. I wanted this rug to brighten up my play room but unfortunately it was really dull. It was very soft though. I was really disappointed as you spend a long time deciding these things.

      Beautiful

      Got the bigger size when it was on sale and so glad I did. It’s absolutely beautiful. I was a bit worried it wouldn’t be that soft underfoot but it is. We have it in the kids room and it’s really bright and fun. Lots of compliments on it
