    Nice design - poor quality

    We bought this kettle a week or so ago. The lid is tight to remove for refilling and the whole kettle feels generally flimsy. It looks nice so we’ll stick with it but I don’t expect it to last too long. Shame really.

    Disappointed

    Only had since Feb and the swan emblem pealing off and it's started to scale around the handle .I didn't keep packaging so cannot return ..it's a total waste of money
