    "the proof is on the pudding"this case on the soup

    For now (as I do not had it for longer my review is based on my short experience with it) is doing the job and as it is large 10L after using the pressure cooking mode when using it as a normal pan to just boiling some pasta/vegetables I do not even have to worried about any splattering's.

    Great size

    I already had a 6L Authentic SEB which has served me faithfully for years, but I needed a bigger size one for my garden production of oyster mushrooms, to be able to sterilise substrates and make more spawn. It works great for my needs, as expected!
