      Lovely bowls

      The bowls - I bought eight - work well enough, but are not graceful to look at. The large flat bottoms might be useful in some circumstances, but I would not have bought these if I'd had a chance to handle them in person.

      I purchased these as a gift for a friend and she is thrilled with them. She wanted to use them for pasta, and even though they are a little smaller than expected they should still be fine for pasta. Lovely colour too (sage).

      Bought bowls to go with plates I bought last year. Great colour, glazing helps with stains. You still need to be careful stacking then in case you break the edges off
