Founded in 1837 in France, we have our roots in traditional mail order fashion but we are now at the forefront of digital retail and we are the most visited fashion website in the whole of France. Throughout our long history, we are renowned for collaborating with up and coming and famous designers every season from Jean Paul Gaultier and Karl Lagerfeld to Madame Ines de la Fressange and BA&SH. We launched in the UK in 1995 as a mail order business but we now have 90% of orders placed online. Digital Acquisition Manager, Marketing  

Within the role you will…

  • Hands on management of the following channels (in-house) – PPC, Display, Shopping, Affiliates, Marketplaces & Paid Social
  • Defining and delivering the paid channel strategy
  • Accountability of the performance & budget of all paid channels, ensuring target KPI’s are achieved
  • Ownership of tracking & reporting accuracy, attribution and measurement
  • Providing accurate weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting including commentary and recommendations
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis to identify opportunities for the appropriate channels
  • Manage budgets across all channels ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI
  • Managing relationship with suppliers – Search engines, Display Partners, Creative agencies
  • Market Reporting & Analysis to understand market / competitor activity
  • Regular optimisation, both manual, and automated using bid management software (Kenshoo / Marin)
  • Have a solid understanding of attribution modelling, with the ability to produce regular reporting & analysis to identify budget reallocation opportunities to maximise revenue
  • Working with key stakeholders to identify client growth opportunities
  • Ensure tracking is configured across all channels, and regularly validated to check accuracy
  • Keyword research and grouping, creative writing and testing, landing page optimisation across major search engines
  • Full utilisation of Product Listing Ads
  • Responsible for the product feed ensuring feed is optimised for all relevant channels
  • Exploring and implementing new search engine technologies and BETA tests to drive efficient traffic and sales
  • Drive a step change in digital projects – Champion a Test & Learn approach
  • Keeping up to date with new digital development and technology
  • Management of Digital Acquisition Executive, including workload, personal development and progressions

Your technical skills & experience will include

  • Extensive hands on experience of Google Adwords, Bing, Criteo
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Excellent Knowledge of Analytics tools – Google Analytics, Omniture, DCStorm
  • Experience using bid management software e.g. Marin, Kenshoo, Double Click
  • Excellent understanding of attribution modelling
  • Be able to work to deadlines and KPI Targets

You will be someone who is…

  • 5 years+ Digital Experience – Agency or Client Side with a solid track record of results that have delivered business/brand/category growth
  • Ambitious and driven to achieve personal and business goals.
  • Creative and adventurous. Open to new ideas, always seeking better ways of doing things.
  • Demanding of self and others to drive continuous improvement. Relentless in delivery & customer obsessed.
  • A true team player, working together and supporting others to do well. You love what you do.
  • Have the ability to produce insightful reporting and presentations with recommendations to drive change, suitable for a Senior management team
  • Experienced in managing a team, including day to day management & personal development

Your success will be measured by…

  • Growing revenue from paid digital channels
  • Improving cost of sale ration from paid digital channels
  • Increasing non brand revenue contribution as part of the overall mix
  • Successfully launching new channels and/or partners
  • Successful progression of digital marketing exec
